To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide a description of the issue or reason for the refund.

3. We may request that you return the product for inspection, depending on the situation.
    

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and we will notify you once your refund has been issued.
 

Please note, since our proceeds go directly to support non-profit causes, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
